You can access it through our website or on your mobile device. With a variety of features, digital banking provides a fast, easy, secure, and convenient way to bank. Digital Banking FAQs

How do I change my digital banking password?

On a computer:
Log in to your account, click the profile icon in the top right corner, then select Settings > Security.
You can also click your name in the bottom left, then go to Personal Settings > Security to update your password and other security settings.

On the mobile app:
Tap the menu (three lines), select your name at the bottom, then go to Settings > Security and choose what you would like to update.

If you need assistance or need to update your information, please stop into your nearest 1st Liberty branch or call us at 1-800-824-0585. Updated information will be necessary for access to Digital Banking.

What if I forget my username, password, or get locked out? 

Forgot Username:
Click “Forgot” under the Username field on the login screen, then select “Try another way.” Enter your Social Security Number and account number, then follow the prompts to receive a passcode.

Forgot Password:
Enter your username, click “Forgot” under the password field, and follow the prompts to receive a passcode via email or phone to reset your password.

What if my contact information is outdated?

If your contact information is not current, you may not be able to access Digital Banking.
Please visit your nearest branch or call us at 1-800-824-0585 or 406-761-8300 for assistance.

Can my spouse/partner and I share a login?

For security reasons, we strongly recommend that each user create their own login credentials. Do not share your login information.

How do I enroll in Digital Banking for the first time?

Before enrolling, make sure your Social Security Number, account number, email, and phone number match what we have on file.

Enroll online:
Click Login on our website, then select “First Time User? Enroll Now” and follow the prompts.

Enroll on mobile:
Download the 1st Liberty FCU app (white background with green logo) from the App Store or Google Play. Open the app, select “First Time User? Enroll Now,” and follow the prompts.

Important:
If you previously used the old app (green background and white logo), delete it and download the new version (white background and green logo), as the old app is no longer supported.

How do I set up eStatements?

If you were previously enrolled, you will remain enrolled automatically.
If not, select Statements, go to your profile, check the eStatements box, and save your changes.

Can I transfer money to another member’s account?

Yes. Go to Member Transfer, verify a passcode, then select “Add a New Member.”
You will need the member’s last name, account number, and share or loan information.


Can I transfer funds to another financial institution?

Yes. Go to Transfers, select a standard transfer, then add an external account by clicking the + in the top right corner. Follow the on-screen instructions.

How do I make a payment on a loan I am not joint on?

Go to Member Transfer, verify a passcode, and select “Add a New Member.”
You will need the member’s last name, account number, loan information, and loan ID.
Note: The system will not display the payment amount.

How do I view my credit score?

Select the SavvyMoney tab from the menu and follow the prompts to access your credit score and report.

How current is my account information?

All account information in Digital Banking is updated in real time; however, you may need to refresh your screen.  

Will scheduled transfers be affected by the new Digital Banking system?

No. Existing internal and external transfers will carry over. However, they cannot be edited or deleted. To make changes, send us a message to cancel or modify, then create a new transfer.

Will Bill Pay be affected?

No. Scheduled payments will continue without interruption.
Both primary and joint users will have access, so you will need to choose which profile to keep active and notify us.

What if I am having problems with Manage Cards (the card management tool within your digital banking)?

If you are experiencing issues with the Manage Cards feature, try logging out of Digital Banking and logging back in. You may also want to close and reopen the app or ensure you are using the most current version.

It is important to delete the CardValet app from your device and begin using Card Controls directly within the 1st Liberty FCU mobile app. Removing the CardValet app will help ensure a smoother transition and prevent duplicate notifications caused by both apps running at the same time in the background.
